The most important priority

Quality of product is one of the most important things, but it is very important as well to ensure qualified warranty time and repairing service after warranty time. This is one of the most important priorities of “Mastermann”.

Stationary service workshop

“Mastermann” has one of the most modern service workshops in Lithuania. There is all service equipment needed for repairing mechanic, hydraulic, electronic and other production.

Reception. The service of equipment starts from it’s reception. “Mastermann” service does preliminary diagnostic of equipment and determines the period of its repairing. After filing all necessary documents the equipment is taken for washing.

Washing. For big and medium equipment high pressure water washer is used. “Mastermann” has purge equipment with oil hooks for not damaging environment. There is special closed cycle washing facilities for engines washing. Special reagents and hot water are used for their washing. Cleanliness is very important for breakdowns diagnostic.

Service. In petrol workshop there is a possibility to repair Honda, Briggs and Straton, Robin, Yamaha and other petrol engines. In diesel workshop are repaired Hatz, Geutc, Perkins and other diesel engines. There are all needed equipment for abrasion, turnery, milling and other works in service workshop.

In dysel engine workshop we are repairing Hatz (since year 2000 it is authorized and only Hatz service in Baltic region), Deutz, Perkins and Isuzu diesel engines.

There are workshops in “Mastermann” subsidiaries in Vilnius, Klaipeda, Panevezys and Riga, but they are smaller than in Kaunas. They are orientated into repairing smaller equipments. Usually if it’s needed to repair big equipment, they are sent to Kaunas, but it is possible to do it in place, because there is all needed equipment to do that.

Mobile service station

It happens very often, that repairing services “Mastermann” has to provide at the customers or even at the construction object. Because of that the mobility of service is becoming more and more important. At this time there are 6 vehicles in “Mastermann” transportation park available to transport all majority of equipment needed for repairing service.

Storehouse of spare parts and exploitation stuff

“Mastermann” has a big storehouse of spare parts and exploitation stuff projected by recommendations of our suppliers.

The worth of all the equipment in storehouse at this moment worth about 1 800 000 Lt. It means that that you can find almost anything you need in there. If there are no needed spare parts in storehouse we usually order them from our suppliers. Delivery come usually bay air post and takes 2-3 days.

Personel

There are 25 people working in service in „Mastermann“. All of them are upraising their qualification in Lithuania and abroad. There are all needed equipment, special technical literature and computer-aided spare parts ordering programs.
